Hubei Provincial Video Promotion Conference on Investment and Major Projects Construction in Q2 was held. Zhang Yuanmei, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee, Member of the Party Leadership Group of the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government and First Secretary of the Party Work Committee of Jingzhou Economic & Technological Development Zone (JETDZ) attended the conference at Jingzhou sub-venue.

Zhang carried forward the deployment on further implementing the spirit of the conference after the session. Zhang streessed that, it is our top priority to ensure fulfilling the half annual task in the first half year, should take effective measures centered on infrastructure weakness, continuously enhance major projects construction in a scientific way; must committed to maintain advantageous indicators, grasp key indicators, solidate economic operation scheduling, and advance projects enlisted into census data base and technological transformation in an orderly way; should strengthen element guarantee and sense of reposibility, improve coordination and services to further optimize business enviroment, consolidate the outcomes of business promotion, speed up the project progress, catch up the other cities in a joint-force to consilidate the foundation of economic development.

It is understood that from January to May this year, Jingzhou’s fixed asset investment increased by 126.1 percent year-on-year, 4.7 percentage points higher than the province's average growth rate, which overall resumed to 70 percent of the same period in 2019.
