On the morning of July 2, He Guangzhong, Secretary of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee, chaired the Municipal Symposium on the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China, to study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the Celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China, review the Party's brilliant history, carry forward the Party's fine tradition, further mobilize and motivate Jingzhou's Party organizations at all levels, Party members and officials to keep their mission in mind, forge ahead with keen determination, work in a practical and solid manner, and pool tremendous strength for Jingzhou to transform, overtake and accelerate rejuvenation.

At the symposium, five representatives of provincial outstanding Party members, outstanding Party workers and advanced grass-roots Party organizations shared their experience in studying and implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech.

On behalf of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee, He extended holiday greetings to Party members on all fronts, extended warm congratulations to the commended advanced collectives and outstanding individuals, and expressed his highest respect to senior Party members and veteran officials that have made remarkable contributions to the liberation of Jingzhou people, socialist construction, and reform and opening-up in all periods.

He said, we should bear the Party history of Jingzhou in mind and pool efforts to promote the rejuvenation of Jingzhou, He said. Jingzhou's Party organizations at all levels, Party members, leaders and officials should focus their attention on Jingzhou's development with the spirit of "not claiming credit" and the responsibility of "always making contributions" and portray a magnificent blueprint across the Jing River. We should assume responsibility with courage, break rigid mindsets to seek breakthroughs in development, harden our resolve to fulfill over 50 percent of the targets of local fiscal revenues and local public budgetary revenues, make concerted efforts to make breakthroughs, focus on key work such as project construction, investment promotion and business environment creation, and strive to open up a new prospect for all undertakings. We should observe our purpose, focus on addressing public concerns, carry out the practice of "doing practical things for the people" and achieve good results in the practice. We should exercise powers legally, impartially, honestly and for the people, return the organization's cultivation and the people's trust with gratitude, stay clean financially, be honest and upright in conduct, and lead a fresh life.
