According to the Measures of Jingzhou City for the Quality Assessment of Online Bike Leasing Service (Jing Cheng Guan Fa [2020] No. 26), the Jingzhou Municipal Commission of City Management Law Enforcement released the results of the sixth overall quality assessment of online bike leasing service in downtown Jingzhou in 2021. Ruyi and LIUBIKE came out on top in June and the second quarter respectively.

In June, shared bike enterprises reduced the number of bikes in operation, increased operation and maintenance forces, and conducted fixed-point operation and maintenance by area to facilitate patrol and bike organization, and scheduled work shifts in key areas. Meanwhile, the commission ensured bikes were parked in good order at Wuyue Plaza, Ren Xin Hui Plaza, Jingzhou Vocational College of Technology, Xinfeng Community, Wanda Plaza and Yangtze University College of Engineering Technology.

The commission stressed that shared bike operators should conduct all-round checks on work safety, to regulate charging facilities and equipment, and eliminate potential hazards. Besides, Jingzhou has started to deploy helmets on shared bikes and will strive to finish the work within one month.
