On the afternoon of August 16, Li Shuibin, Member of the Standing Committee and Director of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee, visited Baishui Village, Luochang Town, Shashi District, for a survey of rural revitalization. He conducted field research of overall environment and facility infrastructure, discussed with party committee of village, township and task group in village, learnt details about the industry development and work of task group in village.

Li stressed that, party committee of village, township and task group in village should accurately grasp the strategic deployment of rural revitalization, combine regional land management and control plans, comprehensively consider factors such as village-level greening, industrial development, and rural culture, focus on long-term development, adhere to urban and rural integration, and prepare rural revitalization plans from a high starting point; we must conscientiously plan the development of the industry based on own location and resource endowments, find the direction of industry development, and promote the upgrading of leading industries; we should improve the living environment, enhance greening of the village, and create a beautiful village; we must advance the progress in an orderly way, strictly implement the rural revitalization plan, breakdown the annual goals and tasks, clarify the timetable and road map, and implement one by one to ensure that the beautiful countryside is built on schedule.
