Upgrading King Chu Chariots and Horses Array Scenic Area reopens

On August 18, King Chu Chariots and Horses Array Scenic Area, reopened after 7-month upgrading.

Covering an area of 8,200 square meters, the newly built exhibition hall of chariots and horses comprehensively displays the Chu culture, the culture of vehicles and horses, and the funeral system culture of Eastern Zhou tombs from the aspect of archaeological excavation and scientific protection of the Xiongjiazhong chariots and horses pits, scale and layout, and types of unearthed carts and horses. It is a thematic relic exhibition hall integrating tours, experience, scientific research, and education.

High transparent and low reflective glass, and the old-fashioned imitation rock painting technology, demonstrate the vivid image of "soldiers and horses"; sound and light show virtual reality, multimedia and sculptures... The Chariots and Horses Array exhibition hall allows visitors to experience immersive interaction, learn about the history closely, experience the mystery of Chu culture and the majesty of the "country of a thousand chariots" on the spot.

In addition, the exhibition building of King Chu Chariots and Horses Array of concern is under construction as well.
