On September 2, Wu Jin, secretary of Jingzhou Municipal Party Committee, pointed out when inspecting the work on business invitation & investment attraction and on the optimization of business environment that we should take industrial rise and revitalization as our mission, pay great attention to business invitation & investment attraction and project construction, regard the business environment as our life, adhere to innovative models, reshape the pattern of our investment attraction work and optimize the business environment through benchmarking, so as to lay a solid foundation for accelerating the construction of a regional central city.

During the inspection, Wu came to Jingzhou Municipal Government Service Center to learn more information about the handling of government affairs. Wu encouraged the Center to rely on innovation and service to make up for the shortage of hardware and enhance the satisfaction of clients. At Jingzhou Investment Promotion Center, Wu checked on the implementation of the key investment-attracting projects launched in August, and held a meeting to listen to the work reports of city leaders and directors of some relevant departments directly under Jingzhou Municipal Party Committee and Jingzhou Municipal Government.

Wu noted that we should hold fast to the "No.1 Project" for business invitation & investment attraction and carry out investment attraction based on the principle of seeking truth from facts, giving priority to industry and mobilizing all . It is necessary to expand the investment attraction team and improve the levels of professionalism and specialization. It is necessary to create new models of industrial investment attraction, fund investment attraction, overseas investment attraction and entrustment-based investment attraction, and strengthen the performance appraisal and the application of results. It is necessary to set up an industrial research institute, improve the "chain-long system", vigorously implement the "returned projects", and create new carriers for investment attraction activities.

Wu emphasized that there is a long way to go in optimizing our business environment. We should learn the mature experience from advanced regions through benchmarking, explore the "six-in-one" mechanism of multi-regulation, multi-evaluation, multi-review, multi-inspection, multi-certification and multi-management, carry out the reform of "handling without application", focus on "clearing, reducing, lowering and communicating", continuously improve the efficiency of government services, and accelerate the construction of a market-oriented, legal, international business environment. We should combine the activities of "I Serve the Masses with Practical Actions" and "Thousands of Cadres Finding Their Way into Enterprises" in the learning and education of Party history, continuously implement the guarantee system for the construction of key projects, and serve enterprises with heart and soul. We should establish and improve the business environment supervision mechanism, and create and maintain a good business environment.

Jiang Hong, member of the Standing Committee of Jingzhou Municipal Party Committee and Secretary General of Jingzhou Municipal Party Committee, Liu Huiwen, member of the Standing Committee of Jingzhou Municipal Party Committee and executive deputy mayor of Jingzhou Municipal Government, and Jin Peng, deputy mayor of Jingzhou Municipal Government, joined Wu in the inspection.
