Following the video conference of the provincial government on optimizing business environment, Jingzhou held a conference to redeploy the work and implement the spirit of the conference on September 7. Zhou Zhihong, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and Mayor of the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government, attended the conference, stressing that Jingzhou should earnestly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on optimizing the business environment, focus on market entities and the people's needs and expectations, comprehensively review problems, make immediate correction, step up efforts to fulfill work efficiently and go all out to build a top business environment.

The work conference of the provincial committee and the provincial government aimed to exchange experience and practices, and search for problems and deficiencies, Zhou said. Departments at all levels should enhance ideological understanding, keep a clear mind, face up to problems, reform themselves and press ahead with the work of optimizing the business environment. They should make problem-oriented correction, pinpoint bottlenecks and difficulties affecting the business environment according to the typical cases and prominent problems disclosed at the conference, as well as the problems reported by enterprises at the municipal seminar for representatives of market entities, and make timely correction. They should make correction by list and procedure, resolutely break rigid mindsets and realize "four transformations" according to the requirements of closed-loop management: "discovery-notification-correction-de-listing", so as to eliminate all problems. They should conduct regular supervision over problem correction, link supervision results to card warning management, propel Party members and officials to go down to the grass-roots level and address some prominent problems affecting the business environment based on the needs of market entities and the people. They should accelerate digital Jingzhou building and conduct overall planning from the source, so as to enhance the actual effects of the action of "clearing inapplicable documents, reducing examination & approval materials, lowering charges and connecting systems".
