On October 13, Suizhou Party Secretary Qian Yuankun led a delegation to visit Jingzhou, conducted field investigation on the work of cultural inheritance, accompanied by Jingzhou Party Secretary Wujin and Zhou Zhihong, Vice Secretary of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and Mayor of the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government.

The delegation visited the Innovation Hall of Ji'nan Eco-Culture & Tourism Area, Yingcheng Ruins, Chusi Water Street, Jingzhou Fantawild and other attractions. Wherever they went, the delegation checked the project planning and design, functional layout, element guarantees, and carried out exchanges and communications with interests.

Jingchu culture is a precious treasure endowed by history. In recent years, Jingzhou has seized development opportunities, inherited the historical context of Jingchu culture, and enhanced the soft power of the cultural tourism industry. There are many good experiences and practices in the protection and utilization of cultural heritage that worth learning. Suizhou and Jingzhou should further enhance exchanges and communications, jointly advance the work of cultural inheritance to promote the prosperity and development of cultural tourism, Qian said.
