On the afternoon of October 23, Wu Jin, Secretary of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee, met with a delegation led by Chang Huaichun, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shandong Hualu-Hengsheng Group Co., Ltd. (Hualu-Hengsheng). The two sides exchanged ideas on further deepening cooperation and accelerating project construction.
Wu warmly welcomed the delegation on behalf of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government. Based on the requirements of the CPC Hubei Provincial Committee and the Hubei Provincial People's Government, Jingzhou is accelerating the building of a regional center city and has created a highway-railway-water-air transport network based on Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway and Yangtze River Golden Waterway, he said. There is huge potential for the development of the new energy & new materials industry. He hoped that Hualu-Hengsheng would further expand project cooperation with Jingzhou and advance project construction efficiently, promising that the municipal committee and government would continue to support the enterprise's development in Jingzhou, go all out to create a favorable business environment and provide efficient and quality services to the enterprise. He expected that the enterprise would promote Jingzhou vigorously and recommend more enterprises in Shandong to invest in Jingzhou, thereby expanding the development space of both sides.
Chang appreciated Jingzhou's attention and support to the enterprise's investment development, adding that the enterprise would plan Phase 2 of the project synchronously and strive to cooperate with Jingzhou in more fields, thereby contributing to building Jingzhou into a regional center city.
