Xiexin Power Port, as Hubei’s first battery swap station was launched on the morning of October 29. Meanwhile, Jingzhou’s first batch of E70H battery swap taxies from DFPV(Dongfeng Motor Corporation Passenger Vechile Company) was delivered, marking that battery swap taxies to be put into operation in Jingzhou.

The first batch of 15 DFPV E70H battery swap taxies to be launched in Jingzhou, which features replacing the exhausted power battery directly with a charged power battery.

It is learnt that it only takes about 2 minutes to replace the battery, with the long endurance of 330 kilometers, which is not only environmentally friendly and energy-saving, but also saves the time for refilling or charging, greatly reducing operation costs and improving efficiency.

15 taxi drivers received the keys for the first batch of battery swap taxies during the event.

As the battery swap taxies to be launched soon, the supporting Xiexin Power Port —Hubei's first swap station has already put into use in Shabei New District. According to the plan, it is estimated that 9 passenger car swap stations will be built in the downtown by the end of 2022.
