On November 5, Hubei hold 2021 Hubei-Shanghai (Yantgz River Delta Region) Conference on Business Cooperation and Investment Promotion for Opening-up during Shanghai International Import Expo (CIIE), in which Jingzhou National Processing Trade Industrial Park was highlighted for promotion. As the key points for promotion, Li Gan, Head of Jingzhou Sub-group and Deputy Mayor of Jingzhou Municipal People’s Government attended the conference to promote Jingzhou National Processing Trade Industrial Park.

Li Gan noted that, Jingzhou is the only prefecture in Hubei Province that has been involved in the national strategies such as the rise of Central Region, Yangtze River Economic Belt, the Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone and the National Demonstration Zone for Industrial Transfer. Meanwhile, Jingzhou is among the first batch of National Processing Industrial Park approved by the Ministry of Commerce. Jingzhou National Processing Industrial Park owns the development advantages of solid foundation, low logistic costs, rich human resources, favorable resources and elements, excellent business environment. In the future, Jingzhou will adopt the development model of "one park and three districts" to realize industrial integration, resource complementary and coordinated development through cross-space development.

During the conference, two enterprises signs intention agreement on 4.53-billion-yuan investment with Jingzhou successfully.
