Focus on CIIE—Economic Trade Cooperation between Jingzhou and Sister Cities in Japan

On the afternoon of November 5, Li Gan, Head of Jingzhou Business Sub-group and Vice Mayor of Jingzhou Muncipal People’s Government, met with Mr. Namba Kazuhisa, Director of Oita Economic Exchange Department, Shanghai Office of Japan-China Economic Association, at the Promotion Conference on Jingzhou National Processing Trade Industrial Park, CIIE.

During the meeting, both sides carried out in-depth exchanges in the basic condition, development of industry of two cities. Li noted that the trade and economic exchanges have been expanding in recent years, with the increasing investment of Japanese enterprises in Jingzhou, it will further expand the scope of cooperation in economic and trade area. It is hoped that we will take this opportunity to strengthen the dialogue and cooperation between Jingzhou and Japanese enterprises and industries, and promote the high-quality development of the open economy for both sides.

Mr. Namba Kazuhisa said that, Bungo-ono, Oita County established sister city relationship with Jingzhou District, Jingzhou City, we hope to enhance the friendship and understanding, to further advance the exchanges and cooperation in a wider range.
