"Jingzhou Talents" 2021 Award Ceremony was held on the night of December 30. Wu Jin, Secretary of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee, sent a congratulatory message. He hailed "Jingzhou talents", saluted their craftsmanship spirit, and encouraged Jingzhou's craftsmen and skilled talents in various fields to promote the craftsmanship spirit, sharpen professional skills and make new greater contributions to accelerating regional center city building.

Wu congratulated the winners. He noted that Jingzhou is a fertile land gathering elite and upholding skills, the commended "Jingzhou talents" are Jingzhou's most valuable talent resources, their craftsmanship spirit is worth respecting and learning. He stressed that Jingzhou should further implement the talent program, open up a lively prospect for talents to bring their potential into full play, continue to foster the talent ecology, pass the warmth of the city and show the affection of the city with the highest courtesy, thereby gathering "primary resources" for the development of Jingzhou.

Jingzhou has delivered "Jingzhou Talents" Competition for four years in a row since 2018, selecting 53 "Jingzhou talents" and 110 nominees in 16 industries. In this year's competition, 17 technical talents, including Gao Yuzhu, Lin Ling, Li Juan and Yang Nianhong, were selected as "Jingzhou talents" and 34 individuals were nominated.
