According to a source from the recent Training Work Conference on the High-quality Development of Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative Small & Medium-sized Enterprises in Jingzhou, 74 enterprises in Jingzhou were selected as national and provincial specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative enterprises in 2021, including 11 national ones.

Since starting to foster national specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative enterprises in 2018, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has allocated 10 billion yuan annually to support such enterprises. Hubei Province has released three lists of provincial specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative enterprises. The Jingzhou Municipal People's Government has released the Three-Year Action Plan of Jingzhou for the Technology Renovation of Industrial Enterprises (2021-2023) to reward specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative enterprises.

Heads of the Department of Economy and Information Technology and the Wuhan Equity Exchange were invited to explain policies to specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative enterprises, and award plaques to the second group of provincial specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative enterprises.
