On February 14, Zhou Zhihong, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and Mayor of the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government, visited the Jingzhou Municipal Government Service Center for a survey on the work related to business environment. She stressed that we should enhance the awareness of environment first, treasure Jingzhou's development environment as we treasure our lives, systematically reshape the city's top architecture for business environment optimization, achieve a victory in business environment optimization, endeavor to make development environment the new image of Jingzhou in opening-up and its new advantage in the sprint for a GDP of 300 billion yuan, and strive to open up a new prospect for building a provincial regional center city in central Hubei.

At the Jingzhou Municipal Government Service Center, Zhou went up to the service windows of the Jingzhou Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the Jingzhou Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning, the Jingzhou Administration for Market Regulation and other departments, to inquire about approval processes of items such as enterprise registration and application for water & electricity utility installation, time limits of handling and public satisfaction.

Zhou noted that we should be responsible for Jingzhou's development, meet the expectations of enterprises and people, pinpoint bottlenecks and difficulties affecting business environment, address pressing problems enterprises and people are strongly concerned about, and constantly enhance the sense of gain of people and market entities. We should seek gaps and learn experience from Wuhan, improve systems and mechanisms, and press ahead with the reshaping and upgrading of Jingzhou's business environment.

Zhou stressed we should strengthen leadership and coordinate efforts to advance the business process reengineering and system reconstruction of government departments, accelerate system data sharing at respective levels, and improve the actual effects of the action of "clearing inapplicable documents, reducing examination & approval materials, lowering charges and connecting systems". We s should accelerate the building of digital Jingzhou, support Jingzhou in continuously optimizing its business environment, and promote the high-quality development of Jingzhou's economy and society.
