On the afternoon of March 3, co-organized by Publicity Department of of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee, Jingzhou Federation of Trade Unions, the Communist Youth League of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee, Jingzhou Women’s Federation, Annual Award Ceremony of “Moving Jingzhou” the 2nd Jingzhou Moral Model and Jingzhou Good People of the Year was held in the studio hall of Jingzhou Radio& Television Station. 

The moral models in this commendation are divided into following five categories of good deeds: respecting the aged and relatives, helping others, honesty and trustworthiness, courageous action and dedication, respectively are Liu Daiping, a villager of Tongqiao village, Zhangzhuangpu Town, Gong’an County, who has supported a family with hard work; Xie Huiwen, a villager from Zhongzhou village, Babao Town, Songzi City, who has committed to supporting orphans and widows for 25 years; Chen Guangrong, founder of Jingzhou blue sky rescue team and Gong’an County Rural Bookstore, who traveled thousands of miles to Henan for rescue; Wu Huijun, a villager from Bagan village, Fenyan Town, Jianli City, who paid off millions of debts for his father, and Shen Yingwu, an environmental sanitation worker of Hubei Jinfeiyang Environmental Service Co., Ltd., who returned money found and practiced Chinese traditional virtues; Wang Jing, the delivery boy from Jianli City, who sacrificed himself to save the drowning elderly, Li Ting, a resident of Jieshankou Community of Bijiashan Sub-district Office of Shishou City, who helped the girl in distress in the air,  the couple of Liu Peng&Wen Yan, residents of Yingximen Community of Jiefang Sub-district of Shashi District, who was not afraid of life threatening to subdue thieves; the "Flame Blue" Honghu Fire Rescue Brigade, which save in case of disaster and help in case of difficulty, and Chen Yanhong, former head and first-class judge of Gongchang Court of Jianli Municipal People's Court, who has been loyal to the judicial cause for 32 years.

The winners of Jingzhou Good People of the Year in 2021 are: Pan Juxiang, a volunteer of Jingzhou "Ai Bang Ke", Xu Junhui, from Yindu Road community, Xicheng Street, Jingzhou District, Cui Xiaoyan, from Zhuangjiapu Village, Dongsheng Town, Shishou City, Peng long, a student majoring in party affairs at the School of Marxism Studies of Jingzhou Vocational and Technical College, and Zhu Zhengfei, Secretary of the Party Branch of Hejiayuan Village, Bianhe Town, Jianli City, Xie Tan, director of politics and education of Songzi Special Education School, Zhou Jinglei, leader of the special service team of Jiangjin Fire Station of Jingzhou Fire Rescue Detachment, Wang Taoyuan, from Hongyang Village, Gaoling Town, Shishou City, and Zhang Xinfeng, from Hexin village, Guanju Town, Shashi District.
