On March 9, Zhang Xiaomei, Director of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Hubei Sub-Council (CCPIT Hubei) and the delegation visited Jingzhou for field investigation of regional open economic development and construction of business environment monitoring site.

The research team went to Jingzhou Yanka Port and the planned Jingzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone at first to understand the relevant information. Zhang pointed out that Jingzhou has superior geographical location and great development potential. We should give full play to its good industrial foundation and foreign trade advantages, actively make good use of the national platform, strengthen investment attraction, regional interaction and cooperation, to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

The research group visited Hubei Heng Long Group and Hubei Xiaohu Duck Co., and learned about the operation and development plan of the company in detail. Zhang said that in the post-pandemic era, enterprises should strengthen their confidence, take scientific and technological innovation as the support, actively adapt to the changes and needs of the market under the new normal, and constantly explore new development drivers.

During the survey, Li hoped that the CCPIT Hubei would help Jingzhou to attract investment, introduce leading enterprises in line with its development orientation, and promote the industrial development of Jingzhou through the integration of resources.
