From March 17 to 18, Wu Jin, secretary of Jingzhou Party Committee, visited Jingzhou Development Zone, Shashi District, Jiangling County and Gongan County for his investigation on industrial economy and town economy. He noted that it is necessary to further consolidate the consensus, resolutely do a goo job in the "Four Battles", striving to get off to a good start in the first quarter and lay a foundation for achieving the 300-billion-yuan goal set for the year.

In Jingzhou Development Zone and Shashi District, Wu Jin successively visited enterprises such as Junsheng Automobile, Valeo, Steinda, Aptiv, Hongye Knitting and Jintong Food, and communicated with persons in charge to learn more about the production, operation and project construction. Wu stressed that it is necessary to develop the awareness of giving priority to industry and projects to ensure full support to industrial “chassis” and project construction. He added, it is essential to vigorously introduce leading enterprises, make all-out efforts strengthen, supplement and extend the industry chain, and build an extended belt of industries from the urban area to the east.

In Jiangling County and Gongan County, Wu Jin visited the production lines and project construction sites of enterprises such as Xinjing Chemical, Shenda Electric, Jixin Textile, Xiangchi Sporting Goods, Changjiangyuan Pharmaceutical, Jinpeng Vehicle and Zhengjiu New Materials, encouraging entrepreneurs to focus on their main business while attaching importance to innovation so as to further stabilize the industry chain, expand production capacity and promote growth. After helping resolve related issues, Wu stressed necessary to hold fast to the main line of high-quality development, attach importance to investment attraction and project construction, steadily promote the implementation of "Ten Questions and Ten Services" to precisely serve enterprises, improve the supporting facilities of parks, and strive to tap new potentials for economic growth.
