Jingjiang Avenue, located in the north of Jingjiang Levee, is an important east-west trunk road in Jingzhou city. At present, the project from Yuhe Road to Xihuan Road of Jingjiang Avenue has entered the stage of the paving of the water stable layer. After the completion of the road construction, it will effectively relieve the traffic pressure near the University Town as an important traffic hub in the area.

Jingjiang Avenue is built along the Jingjiang Levee, adjacent to the Yangtze River. Overlooking from the air, it looks like a ribbon along the river, smooth and beautiful. According to the plan, the construction of the water stable layer of this section is expected to be completed by the end of April, and the project will enter the asphalt paving stage in early May.

The section from Yuhe Road to Xihuan Road is the trunk road of the city, which, with Xihuan Road in the west and Yuhe Road in the east, runs from east to west through Xihuan Road, Longshan Road, No.1 Road, Xuefu Road, Yingdu Road, Yingdu East Road, Renmin Road and Yuhe Road. The total length of the road is about 3,112 meters. It is designed as a two-way six-lane road with a speed of 50 kilometers per hour and a red line width of 40 meters, involving roads, drainage, greening, strong and weak electricity, traffic signs and lines, street lamps and other projects.
