Jingzhou Municipal Urban Development Holding Group Co.,ltd (JMUDHG) and Jingzhou Industrial Investment Development Group CO., ltd (JIIDG) officially launched on April 2. Li Shuibin, Member of the Standing Committee and Director of the Organization Department of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee, Liu Huiwen, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government attended the unveiling ceremony, Huang Zhen, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor of the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government hosted the ceremony.

On behalf of the Party committee and Municipal Government, Liu extended the congratulations on the launching of JMUDHG and JIIDG. He noted that, focusing on the functional positioning of "urban infrastructure builders, urban public resource operators and public goods service operators", JMUDHG should vigorously promote the breakthrough of reform, transform the advantages of state-owned resource assets into economic advantages, and strive to build a group company with domestic AAA main credit rating and international BBB main credit rating. JIIDG should accelerate the strategic reorganization and integration during reform and development, strive to build a first-class state-owned capital operation and strategic investment group, thus make contributions to Jingzhou's annual goal of “exceeding 300 billion” and striving to build a regional central city in central Hubei.
