On the afternoon of April 26th, construction of developing youth cities under the "Yichang-Jingzhou-Jingmen-Enshi" Program and humanities integration themed group-day event was held in Jingzhou. Wu Jin, secretary of the municipal CPC committee, Zhou Senfeng, secretary of the Hubei Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, Zhou Xiangyang, deputy secretary of the municipal CPC committee and secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, and Jiang Hong, chairman of the municipal committee of the CPPCC, among others, attended the event.

In his speech, he said that holding the "With the 20th National Congress of the People's Republic of China coming, we should always follow the Party to strive for a new journey." Wu Jin stressed that Jingzhou is speeding up building itself into a regional central city in central Hubei Province and making every effort to promote the integrated development of the "Yichang-Jingzhou-Jingmen-Enshi" urban agglomeration, all of which provide a rare opportunity and a broad stage for the youth to display their talent. It is hoped that young people will stand on their posts, shoulder heavy burdens, strive to be practitioners loyal to the Party, work hard in their work or start-ups, become reform and innovation pioneers and ambitious strugglers, gather youth wisdom to accelerate the building of a regional central city in central Hubei Province, and contribute youth strength to the integrated development of the "Yichang-Jingzhou-Jingmen-Enshi" urban agglomeration.
During the event, Zhou Senfeng, secretary of the Hubei Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League led secretaries of Jingzhou, Yichang, Jingmen, and Enshi committees of the Communist Youth League and representatives of donor enterprises to jointly launch the Hubei Hope Project·Jingzhou Green Seedling Fund. The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Municipal Youth Federation awarded Yusupujiang Abibula (玉苏普江·艾比布拉) and other 60 comrades and posthumously awarded Comrade Wang Jing the 2022 "Jingzhou Youth May 4th Medal," and awarded the 2022 "Jingzhou Youth May 4th Medal Collective" to 40 collectives, including the Young Pioneers of Honghu People's Hospital of the Doctoral Service Corps.
Youth League cadres and members from the "Yichang-Jingzhou-Jingmen-Enshi" urban agglomeration performed programs such as "Up!
