At the exit, you can see that Jingzhou Railway Station has set up 3 different channels for people coming to (returning to) Jingzhou City, namely the channel for people from regions within Hubei Province, the channel for people from other provinces, and the channel for people whose travel cards are marked with a star.
"These three categories of passengers are subject to different landing policies." The head of the epidemic prevention and control team responsible for Jingzhou Railway Station introduced that people coming (returning) to Jingzhou from prefecture-level cities in the province where there are no local COVID-19 outbreaks within 7 days can move freely with green health codes and travel cards.
People coming (returning) to Jingzhou City from the other provinces must present a negative nucleic acid test certificate, a health code and a travel card effective within 48 hours, and undergo a "landing check" before leaving the station. For those who do not have a nucleic acid test certificate effective within 48 hours, they must do an antigen test after the nucleic acid test. They may not leave the station until all antigen test results are negative. The above two types of people shall not gather, meet or go to crowded places before the nucleic acid test results come out; within 12 hours, reports must be made to the community (village), employer, hotel, etc. through the information system, and "three-day two tests" shall be taken. The so-called "three-day two tests" means that people coming (returning) to Jingzhou City must accept a nucleic acid test on the first day and the third day respectively after their arrival. For the "landing test" of the first day, both the antigen test and the nucleic acid test shall be conducted through nasopharyngeal swab sampling, with the same samples collected and delivered for inspection at the same time.
People coming (returning) to Jingzhou City from outside the province with their travel cards marked with a star, from domestic medium and high risk areas and from areas under control outside the province as determined by the provincial Command must cooperate with the Center for Disease Prevention and Control in the epidemiological investigation. Persons on the list of key controls of Hubei Province shall strictly implement the control policy of 10-day centralized medical quarantine + 4-day home health monitoring. During this period, nucleic acid and antigen tests will be carried out crosswise on Days 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 10, and sampling and inspection will be performed for both tests on Day 10. If anyone does not fall under the above cases, it is necessary for him or her to accept a landing test and an antigen test. He or she may not leave the station until the test results are negative.
People entering the territory shall be strictly subject to the control policy of 14-day centralized isolation at the first place of entry + 7-day centralized isolation + 7-day home isolation.
