During the "May Day" holiday, Jingzhou Shashi Airport handled 4,374 passengers. Among them, 1,632 were inbound passengers and 2,742 were outbound passengers. 

In order to ensure the normal and efficient operation of all work during the holiday, in terms of security services, airport departments have well prepared staffing for implementing the attendance system. During peak hours, the passenger waiting time could be reduced by strengthening the diversion of passengers waiting for inspection and the publicity of security inspection instructions. The airport ensured the provision of sincere services: providing timely guidance services for inbound and outbound passengers, continuous services for special passengers such as the elderly, the sick, the disabled and pregnant women and normalized and priority services for military personnel and their accompanying families. 

In terms of epidemic prevention and control, Jingzhou Shashi Airport continued to strictly implement normalized epidemic prevention and control measures: disinfect and ventilate public places, strengthen the fresh air circulation in the terminals, check the negative nucleic acid certificates of inbound and outbound passengers, complete the "landing nucleic acid test" for outbound passengers, follow the mask mandate and a one-meter distance as required. 

Jingzhou Shashi Airport reminded passengers to make reasonable travel arrangements and reserve sufficient waiting time, to avoid missing any flight due to late arrival. In addition, epidemic prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid report inspection, temperature taking, health code inspection and masks wearing would continue to be implemented.
