Wu added, Jingzhou will give full play to its comparative advantages in science, education, talents and industry, implement the innovation-driven development strategy, promote the deep integration of innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain, policy chain and talent chain, create "three highlands" of science and education innovation, talents and advanced manufacturing in Jianghan Plain, and turn the "key variables" of scientific and technological innovation into the "maximum increment" of the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry. We will promote the construction of Jingzhou Scientific Innovation Corridor and Jingzhou (Wuhan) Offshore Scientific Innovation Center, implement the "six major projects", namely, doubling the number of high-tech enterprises, smoothing the transformation of achievements, upgrading the innovation platform, attracting scientific and technological input, leading scientific and technological talents, and optimizing the innovation environment, speed up the construction of the scientific education innovation highland in Jianghan Plain, and strive to become a national innovative city.
