On the morning of June 23, Jingzhou District and Jingzhou High-tech Zone held a centralized signing ceremony for investment promotion projects for the second quarter of 2022. Contracts of 16 projects were signed and the planned total investment reached RMB 5.67 billion, setting off a new summer upsurge of investment promotion.

Li Shuibin, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee, director of Jingzhou Organization Department and leading secretary of the Party Working Committee of Jingzhou High-tech Zone, attended the signing ceremony. The 16 projects cover the fields of electronic technology, petroleum equipment, new energy construction, biotechnology, urban commerce, etc.

At the signing ceremony, Chen Yibing, an entrepreneur who has started his business from scratch in Jingzhou and chairman of Jingzhou Xinqiao Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd., signed a contract with Jingzhou District, planning to invest RMB 650 million to build Jingzhou Green Optoelectronic Industrial Park in Chengnan High-tech Park. The project will be constructed in two phases. In the first phase, a laser research institute, a laser intelligent manufacturing demonstration center, a laser industry incubator, laser equipment production standard workshops and supporting service facilities will be built to meet the R&D, production and exhibition needs of the enterprises that have settled down here. After the project is completed, the annual output value is expected to reach RMB 2 billion.

Hubei Bodu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a sci-tech innovation-based enterprise engaged in the R&D, design and technical consulting of intelligent parking management systems and mechanical parking equipment. The company plans to invest RMB 1 billion to build Jingzhou Bodu Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park in Jingzhou High-tech Zone, which will fill the blank of intelligent three-dimensional garage production enterprises in Jingzhou.
