On July 3, Hubei Sports Lottery Management Center, Hubei Sports Industry Group and Hubei Weishui Investment Development Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Lei Xuanpei, Party secretary and director of Hubei Sports Lottery Management Center, Li Xin, deputy Party secretary and general manager of Hubei Sports Industry Group, Liao Guangyao, Party secretary and chairman of Weishui Group, attended the signing ceremony.

According to the agreement, Hubei Sports Industry Group and Weishui Group will, based on various resources such as water conservancy, mountainous areas, camps and towns in Weishui, give full play to their respective advantages and vigorously carry out cooperation in sports events, sports activities, sports training, recreation and sports, tourism and cultural creation, etc. At the same time, they will join hands with Hubei Sports Lottery Management Center to carry out the "Sports Lottery into Scenic Spots" activity and deeply integrate the functions of sports, tourism and public welfare so as to make positive contributions to the development of Hubei’s sports tourism industry.

Weishui is endowed with the "six beauties": beautiful lakes and mountains, majestic dams, peculiar caves, delicious food, sports and leisure, and Weishui spirit. Since joining Hubei Culture & Tourism Group, it has been constantly exploring new modes and new directions for the integrated development of culture, sports and tourism, striving to build a well-known sports expansion base, an education-research-learning camp and a vacation resort in southern Hubei and northern Hunan. After the signing ceremony, visitors from Jingzhou, Xiantao and Honghu attended the sports lottery culture salon held at the Weishui Automobile Campground.
