On the morning of August 8, the commencement ceremony of the Jingzhou Xinqiao Green Opto-electronics Industry Project was held. The total investment of the project has reached RMB 650 million. With the Wuhan Optics Valley as its benchmark, the project will make full use of local higher education resources and attract investment through enterprises' information channels, business channels and personal resources as well as the opto-electronics industrial chain so that more high-quality enterprises will settle in the park and more domestic and foreign small and medium-sized enterprises in the green opto-electronics industrial chain will come here to make investment.

It is reported that the landing of Jingzhou Xinqiao Green Optoelectronics Industry Project funded by Wuhan Sintec Optronics Ltd. should be attributed to Jingzhou District and Jingzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce. Wuhan Sintec Optronics Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise with vertical integration capability engaged in in laser equipment technology research and development. Its products are mainly used in automobile, high-speed rail, offshore equipment, grain machinery, food machinery, engineering machinery, petroleum machinery and other fields. After the completion of the first phase of the project, the annual income is expected to reach RMB 300 million and the tax revenue will reach RMB 20 million.

It is reported that it took less than two months from the signing of the investment agreement in late June this year to the start of construction in early August. It is the first landing enterprise in Jingzhou District for which "five certificates were issued simultaneously".
