From August 28 to 29, the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) experts led by Jia Yunfeng surveyed the protection, utilization, and planning of Jingzhou Ancient City and major cultural and tourist projects in the city. Huang Zhen, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Vice Mayor attended the event. 

Jia Yunfeng and his entourage visited the King Chu Chariot and Horse Array, the Bright Moon Park, the East Gate of Jingzhou Ancient City, the Shashi Dasai Lane Food Street, the Shashi Ocean Wharf Cultural and Creative Park, the Jing Chu Intangible Cultural Heritage Institute, Xiao Hu Duck Food Co., Ltd., "Chuxiangyouli" brand flagship store, and other places to learn more about Jingzhou's cultural and tourist resources, the integration of culture and tourism, the protection and utilization of intangible cultural heritage, and the development status quo of cultural and creative industries. 

Jia Yunfeng said that Jingzhou City has a promising development prospect for its long history of cultural resources and unique tourism resources. We should further clarify the goals, ideas, and measures of Jingzhou City's cultural and tourist development, and accurately grasp the new trend and characteristics of cultural and tourist development. We should make key efforts in the construction of cultural and tourist infrastructure, building of cultural and tourist brands, protection of cultural heritage, and other aspects, polish the food business card of Jingzhou City, build cultural and creative brands, further promote consumption, enhance the popularity and attractiveness of Jingzhou City, and promote the transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development of tourism in Jingzhou City.
