Recently, the reporter learned from the Talent Office of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee that in order to speed up the pace of building a high-quality development demonstration zone in Jianghan Plain and further promote the series activity of "Talent Service Month" in Hubei Province, Jingzhou has launched the "Talent Service Month 2022", with the implementation of talent policy as its starting point.

During the activity, Jingzhou will hold press conferences on the publicity of talent policy, as well as high-level talent physical examination and recuperation seminars talent salons, services related to the enrollment of children of high-level talents, etc.

In order to speed up the implementation of the subsidy policy for talents, Jingzhou completed the qualification examination of talents, the examination and approval of budget, and the allocation of funds within one week. In early September, the city allocated 5.399 million in full as subsidies for talents introduced in 2022, i.e., 202 full-time doctoral students independently introduced by Yangtze University from 2019 to 2021, which won the recognition and satisfaction of talents for its efficient actions and laid a foundation for the city to kick off the "Talent Service Month".

It is reported that taking advantage of the opportunity of the "Talent Service Month", Jingzhou will focus on "key  issues" such as talent career development, housing, medical care, and their children's education, do a good job in talent service and show its sincerity with practical actions, create a good environment for talent development, continuously enhance their sense of honor, happiness and acquisition and provide strong talent support for the city to speed up the pace of building a high-quality development demonstration zone in Jianghan Plain.
