The 2nd Jingzhou Contest for Innovative and Creative Design of Cultural Tourism Products opens

On the afternoon of September 16, the opening ceremony of the 2nd Jingzhou Competition for Innovative and Creative Design of Cultural Tourism Products was held in Jingzhou Vocational College of Technology.

Guided by the Publicity Department of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee, sponsored by Jingzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism and organized by Jingzhou Vocational College of Technology and Jingzhou Cultural and Creative Industry Association, the Contest, which will last until January 2023 and set up two groups (student group and enterprise group) and three categories (cultural and creative products, visual communication design, and special topics), is divided into four stages: collection, selection, display and release. The participating works, which will cover digital technology creativity, cultural tourism products, cultural relics creative derivatives, intangible cultural creative products, fashion products, handicrafts and derivatives, geographical sign products, etc., are required to have distinctive local characteristics, Jingchu cultural elements and creative features, positive and healthy contents, rich connotations and implications as well as high potential for product development.

The Contest, which will set up 3 gold medals, 6 silver medals, 12 bronze medals and several outstanding awards and outstanding organization awards through three stages: shortlisting, preliminary selection and final selection, is open to college students, enterprises, R&D institutions, design institutions, designers and cultural creativity enthusiasts.
