The 1st Jingzhou Entrepreneur Day took place on the afternoon of November 8. Zhou Xiangyang, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee; as well as municipal leaders including Li Shuibin, Liu Huiwen, Zhou Changjun and Jin Peng gathered with entrepreneurs from across Jingzhou, to seek common development.

On behalf of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government, Zhou Xiangyang extended warm congratulations and paid high respect to the entrepreneurs fighting in the frontline of economic development. Since the beginning of this year, Jingzhou has united as one, worked hard, overcome difficulties and achieved substantial results, he said. Entrepreneurs have made significant contributions to the development of Jingzhou's industrial economy. Now Jingzhou has kept firm on its shoulders the historical mission of building a high-quality development demonstration area in Jianghan Plain, firmly established the distinctive orientation of industrial enterprise priority, and set up a broad stage for the leapfrog development of enterprises. The 1st Jingzhou Entrepreneur Day today is a cooperation initiative between entrepreneurs and the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government. Hopefully, we will work together, focus on the goal of rejuvenating Jingzhou's industry, forge ahead with vigor, and act in a down-to-earth manner, so as to further polish the brand of Jingzhou's industrial economy and jointly create a better future of Jingzhou.

In the event, Li Shuibin, Member of the Standing Committee and Director of the Organization Department of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee; Liu Huiwen, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government; and Zhou Changjun, Member of the Standing Committee and Director of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee, offered flowers to the entrepreneurs celebrating their birthdays this month. Jin Peng, Vice Mayor of the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government, read A Letter to Entrepreneurs in Jingzhou. Entrepreneur representatives, including Gan Shuguan, Shang Chunli, Li Zhen, Yang Zhaoying and Li Jiang, shared the growth stories of respective enterprises.

With the theme "Saluting Entrepreneurs, Embarking on a New Journey", the event was hosted by the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government, organized by the Office of Jingzhou Municipal Work Leading Group on Promoting the Development of the Industrial Economy, and co-organized by the Jingzhou Enterprise Confederation and Jingzhou Daily.
