To promote "Gathering of Talents in Jingzhou" Project, and encourage more college students to make innovations and start business in Hubei, this year, the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Hubei Province, the Department of Education of Hubei Province and the Hubei Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League continued to implement "Hubei College Student Entrepreneurship Support Program" by issuing the first and second tranches of support funds. A total of 19 projects in Jingzhou were granted a sum of 1 million yuan.

After voluntary declaration, field survey, expert review and public announcement, the organizer selected supported projects from 2,034 entries, granting a fund of 50,000 yuan or 80,000 yuan to each of the first 646 selected projects, and 100,000 yuan or more to each of the second selected ones.

Jingzhou has a total of 18 projects among the first to be selected into "Hubei College Student Entrepreneurship Support Program", including 6 city-level projects: Jingzhou Mocheng Liewang Computer Technology Co., Ltd., Jingzhou Ningmeng E-Commerce Co., Ltd., Jingzhou DJN Technology Business Incubator Co., Ltd., Jingzhou Lunzhuan E-Commerce Co., Ltd., Jingzhou Suzi Cultural Media Co., Ltd. and Jingzhou NHC Network Technology Co., Ltd. The second list of selected projects was determined through a TV competition, with Hubei Shenglian Network Technology Co., Ltd. as Jingzhou's only on the list.
