On the morning of December 9, the opening ceremony of "Natural Resources, Beautiful Jingzhou" Photography Art Exhibition was held at Jingzhou Library. Liu Huiping, Member of the Standing Committee and Director of the Publicity Department of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee, announced the opening of the exhibition. Wang Shouwei, Deputy Director of the Committee on Science, Education, Health and Sports of the CPPCC Hubei Provincial Committee and Honorary Chairman of the Jingzhou Photographers Association, attended the opening ceremony.

The exhibition has four sectors: "Ecological Restoration and Arable Land Protection", "Ecological Conservation of Wetlands", "Preservation of Wildlife Resources", and "Ancient and Famous Trees, and Bonsai". The exhibits showcase the biodiversity, natural scenery, human history and ecological protection of Jingzhou's protected natural areas, and fully demonstrate Jingzhou's outstanding achievements in ecology priority and green development. The exhibition is an affectionate expression of officials and staff in Jingzhou's natural resources system, as well as photography enthusiast, to implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and the concept that lucid waters and lush mountains are valuable assets.

Hosted by the Publicity Department of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee Propaganda Department, and the Jingzhou Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning, the event has received more than 3,000 entries since starting in March. After the preliminary evaluation and review, four first prize winners, 8 second prize winners, 12 third prize winners and 56 merit prize winners in four categories will be selected.
