Green is a salient feature of high-quality development. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) released the 2022 Green Manufacturing List days ago. Jingzhou has four enterprises shortlisted as national-level green factories, ranking fourth in Hubei, and the products from two local enterprises were shortlisted as national-level green design products, ranking third in the province. The total entries on the MIIT’s 2022 Green Manufacturing List ranks No. 4 in the province. Previously, 11 enterprises in Jingzhou have entered the 2022 Hubei Green Manufacturing List.
Jingzhou Sunrise Energy Technology Ltd. is a Jingzhou-based company specializing in R&D, manufacturing and testing of oil and gas downhole tools. In the 2022 National Green Manufacturing List, the company’s “Hydraulic Packer SRP-2” was shortlisted as a national green design product. The downhole packer is the “star product” of Sunrise, and the products have been exported to more than 20 countries and regions. Recently, the company is busy filling a batch of export orders.
Packer is a downhole tool used for stratification in oil production engineering. “Hydraulic Packer SRP-2” is a product developed by Sunrise in 2014. After nearly 10 years of technical updates, the product has been well-received by the market, and the relevant core technology has obtained a national invention patent.

The “linerboard 70-155g/㎡” produced by Shanying Huazhong Paper Co., Ltd. was also shortlisted as the national green design product. Companies shortlisted for the list of national green factories include Hubei Midea Refrigerator Co., Ltd., Valeo Automotive Air Conditioning Hubei Co., Ltd., SJ Petroleum Machinery Co. and Shanying Huazhong Paper Industry Co., Ltd.
