Investment and Cooperation Framework Agreements for Two Key Public Projects in Jingzhou Signed

Recently, Jingzhou Civil Affairs Bureau and Hunan Chuyuan Holdings Group achieved initial intent of cooperation and signed investment and cooperation framework agreements for the construction of psychiatric nursing home project and Jingzhou Social Assistance and Welfare Center (Civil Affairs Business Park) project (phase-II). Wan Jiangping, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and leader of Joint Action Group for the Investment Promotion of Building Materials Industry, attended the signing ceremony.

According to the agreements, Hunan Chuyuan Holdings Group will participate in the construction of Jingzhou psychiatric nursing home project and Jingzhou Social Assistance and Welfare Center (Civil Affairs Business Park) project in two phases, with a total investment of RMB 500 million. The psychiatric nursing home project will be constructed in the first phase, with the investment of more than RMB 150 million, and more than RMB 350 million will be invested in the second phase, aiming to use the land of the Jingzhou Social Assistance and Welfare Center (Civil Affairs Business Park) project (phase-II) to build a new nursing home for disability and dementia patients. The psychiatric nursing home project has an approved construction area of 25,950 square meters and 500 beds. After completion, it will further improve the medical and health care conditions for mental patients in Jingzhou, and promote the high-quality development of Jingzhou's mental health, medical care and wellness industry.

At the signing ceremony, the leaders from Jingzhou Civil Affairs Bureau said that they will continue to optimize the business environment, provide good services for investment companies, and promote the early start and construction of projects.
