On the morning of July 11, Jingzhou held a government-bank-company conference for financial support for private companies to produce pre-made food, further build a government-bank-company liaison platform for collaboration, and boost the high-quality development of the pre-made food industry in Jingzhou. Several financial institutions directly under the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee signed contracts with 16 pre-made food companies, granting a credit of RMB218 million.

There were more than 100 local pre-made food processing companies, as well as the branches of more than 10 industry-leading domestic companies in Jingzhou. The output value of the pre-made food industry approached RMB20 billion. In order to create a better financing environment for private companies and the pre-made food industry in Jingzhou, Jingzhou Central Branch of the People’s Bank of China and some government departments formulated The Twelve Measures for Further Improving the Financial Services for Private Companies and The Opinions on Financial Support for the Development of the Pre-made Food Industry.

This year, the financial sector presented an array of preferential financial policies for companies, such as re-loans for agriculture and small businesses, inclusive loan support tools for SMEs, and fiscal subsidies and interest discounts. There were breakthroughs in three innovative financial products: receivable financing, IP pledge financing, and living animal mortgage; the “Jingzhou Service Manual for Financial Aid to Companies,” which covers Chutian Loan Code, the Initial Loan Service Center, Financial Difficulty Alleviation Policy for Companies, Credit Products, and measures that facilitate people’s daily lives, was prepared.

This event was jointly organized by Jingzhou Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and Jingzhou Central Branch of the People’s Bank of China. Its aim was to implement the decisions and deployments of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and the People’s Government of Jingzhou to build the “Hub of Pre-made food in Central China.”

The main person in charge of Jingzhou Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs stated that they will rev up the monitoring of the operations of key agricultural companies, make full use of industrial rewards and subsidies and interest discount policies, fully leverage the invigorating role of financial services, foster local companies, explore the establishment of a ”four-in-one" interaction system which assigns the leading role to the government and the organizing role to affiliated departments and requires quality services from financial institutions and corporate compliance management, and improve the mechanism for government-bank-company collaboration.
