A few days ago, the Jingzhou University Town (Urban Renewal) Digital Industry Innovation Center (Phase I) project subdivision project undertaken by Jingzhou Chengfa Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jingzhou City Development Group, successfully passed the acceptance inspection, marking that the project has been completed in stages .

It is reported that the first phase of Jingzhou University City (Urban Renewal) Science and Technology Innovation Park Digital Industry Innovation Center project is located on the west side of the central park of Jingzhou University City, with a land area of 5926.31 square meters. It is a three-story prefabricated steel structure building with a total area of 7554 square meters meters, with a total investment of about 73 million yuan.

The first floor of the project has a construction area of 3441.15 square meters and a floor height of 5.4 meters. It is equipped with a welcome hall, Jingzhou exhibition hall, reception room, network computer room, power distribution room and security and fire protection rooms; the second floor has a construction area of 1861.98 square meters and a floor height 4.2 meters, Jingzhou City Smart Urban Management Command Center, Emergency Command Center, and supporting functional rooms are set up; the three-story building area is 1861.98 square meters, and the urban transportation center command hall, supporting offices, rest and duty rooms, etc. The city brain command hall is 9 meters high, and the rest of the space is 4.5 meters high.

The project is based on digital processing, led by science and technology research and development, and creates a science and innovation corridor composed of colleges and universities and creative industry bases. After the completion of the project, it will further enhance the digital processing capacity of Jingzhou City and provide a professional platform for Jingzhou City's digital industry innovation.
