In the first half of the year, the added value of high-tech industries in the city was 23.986 billion yuan, an increase of 2.576 billion yuan over the same period last year, a year-on-year growth rate of 10.9%, which was 4.7 percentage points higher than the average growth rate of the province.

Since the beginning of this year, the Jingzhou Science and Technology Bureau has focused on the goal of creating a technological innovation highland, implemented the innovation-driven development strategy in depth, continuously strengthened the cultivation of technological enterprise entities, technological innovation platforms and project construction, optimized the corporate innovation environment, and improved corporate production efficiency.  Evaluated 2,005 high-tech enterprises in the warehouse, exceeding the total number of warehouses in 2022, and achieving the goal of "double over half" in 2023 ahead of schedule.  By the end of 2022, 70 strategic emerging companies, including Hubei Baiyunbian Wine Co., Ltd. and Nine Dragons Paper (Hubei) Co., Ltd., will be added, bringing the total to 291.

The data analysis of high-tech indicators is related to the scheduling and classification of various indicators.  So far, the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau has compiled the "2022 Jingzhou High-tech Enterprise Innovation and Development Report" and "High-tech Enterprise Three The Top Ten Selection Plan provides data support for the development of high-tech industries and index scheduling in Jingzhou City.  At the same time, the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau organized the construction of the petroleum and petrochemical equipment industry chain, formulated "one chain, one policy" through field visits and research, and organized the Seventh National Petroleum and Petrochemical Equipment Industry Development Conference;  carried out the construction of Jingzhou's digital economy, and explored The relevant high-level enterprises in the city's digital economy, the construction of technology platforms, and the implementation of technology planning projects have provided data support for the development of Jingzhou's digital economy.
