The four youth competitions of the Sixth National Games in Jingzhou City started in Jianli

On September 16th, the youth badminton, martial arts routines, karate, and tennis competitions of the 6th Jingzhou Games, jointly organized by the Jingzhou Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau, the Jianli Municipal People's Government, the Jingzhou Federation of Trade Unions, the Jingzhou Disabled Persons' Federation, and the Jingzhou Education Bureau, were held in Jianli.

The martial arts routine competition is divided into group martial arts, boxing, equipment, traditional boxing, traditional equipment, Wudang two fists and one weapon, and other events;  Karate competitions are divided into groups based on gender, age group, and kilogram level;  Badminton competitions are divided into events such as men's team, women's team, men's singles, and women's singles; Tennis competitions are divided into men's team, women's team, men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles, and other events.

On the field, athletes in various sports showed extremely high competitive levels and good mental outlook. The smooth movements and solid basic skills of the martial arts routine athletes vividly demonstrated the charm of traditional martial arts and won warm applause from the audience;  the karate athletes' movements were stable, powerful, clean and neat, showing strength and speed, showing the charm and charm of karate's combination of movement and stillness. Tough and tenacious will;  Like martial arts routines and karate, tennis is also included in the Municipal Games for the first time. The young athletes have standard swings and active running, showing the development potential of youth tennis in Jingzhou City; badminton is Jingzhou’s traditional advantage project, the strong personal strength of the young athletes left a deep impression on the audience, and the multiple groups of strong duels also made the competition exciting.

Nearly 500 athletes from various counties and cities participated in this competition. Among them, 138 athletes participated in martial arts routines, 153 athletes participated in karate, 128 athletes participated in badminton, and 65 athletes participated in tennis. They will compete fiercely over two days and challenge for the championship. An award ceremony will be held after the winners of each competition are announced on September 17.
