On the morning of October 14, the cruise ship "Century Legend" departing from Chongqing slowly docked at the Jingzhou Port Tourism Terminal. More than 300 tourists from home and abroad on the ship disembarked in an orderly manner, transferred to the tour bus, and started their land journey in Jingzhou.

It is understood that the cruise tour route is the Chongqing-Shanghai autumn route launched by Chongqing Cunard Century Cruise Co., Ltd. More than 300 tourists will sail down the Yangtze River with the "Century Legend" to start an 11-day trip along the Yangtze River. They successively visited Fengdu, Zhongxian, and Fengjie in Chongqing, Yichang, Jingzhou, and Wuhan in Hubei, Jiujiang in Jiangxi, and Nanjing in Jiangsu, and finally arrived in Shanghai. In Jingzhou, they mainly visited the ancient city of Jingzhou, Jingzhou Museum and the Chu King’s Chariot and Horse Array Scenic Area.

Among the more than 300 tourists on this cruise, 90 are from North America, and the rest are from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chongqing and other domestic places. From October to December this year, Century Cruises will successively organize and receive nearly 2,000 inbound tourists from North America and Southeast Asia to travel the Yangtze River in multiple "Chongqing-Shanghai" and "Chongqing-Yichang" cruises.

Li Shani, general manager of Hubei Huajing International Travel Service, the cruise ship's ground pick-up agency, said that the cruise ship brought the largest inbound tourist group from North America to Jingzhou this year. As the global tourism market recovers, the travel agency will rely on Jingzhou's rich tourism resources and location advantages to expand publicity to attract more domestic and foreign tourists to Jingzhou, actively build a global Jingzhou inbound tourism market pattern, and strive to attract more of overseas tourists have settled in Jingzhou, changing from "transit travel" to "overnight travel". Currently, the travel agency is actively connecting with overseas markets and is expected to welcome more than 1,000 tourists from Southeast Asia and North America this year.
