In recent years, Jingzhou has made great efforts throughout the city to fight the battle of "optimizing the style of cadres and optimizing the development environment". It has launched "hard measures" such as "bureau heads going through the process and sitting at the window", "ten questions and ten groups helping enterprises relieve difficulties", "evaluation of ten excellent and ten poor departments", and "red and yellow card management". In 2022, the third-party evaluation of the business environment jumped from 14th to 7th, becoming the fastest advancing city in the province; In 2023, it will remain a "hot investment city in China" and be awarded the "Best Investment City for Zhejiang Merchants".

The improvement of “soft power” brings development “acceleration”.  Jingzhou has successively attracted more than 20 tens of billions of projects, and major economic indicators such as fixed asset investment growth and industrial added value growth have continued to rank among the top in the province.
