The city has made it clear that by 2025, Jingzhou will have 1,700 industrial enterprises above designated size, a manufacturing operating income of 400 billion yuan, an average annual growth rate of industrial added value above designated size of more than 8%, and a manufacturing value added accounting for more than 30% of GDP, the added value of high-tech manufacturing accounts for 14% of GDP, the added value of core industries of the digital economy accounts for 9% of GDP, the number of enterprises with an output value of over 1 billion yuan exceeds 100, and the number of high-tech enterprises reaches 700, provincial level and above The number of specialized small and medium-sized enterprises has reached 300.

Around this goal, Jingzhou has proposed 10 measures corresponding to the "Four Major Projects", including supporting enterprise technological transformation, promoting industrial digital transformation, encouraging specialized, refined, and innovative development of enterprises, and supporting the construction of supply chain platforms. Each measure has clear reward standards. For example, for enterprises with operating revenue exceeding 5 billion yuan, 10 billion yuan, and 50 billion yuan for the first time, a maximum of 5 million yuan in tiered reward funds will be given;   For newly obtained innovative drugs, improved new drugs, generic drug registration certificates, national registration approvals for active pharmaceutical ingredients, Class III medical device registration certificates, and varieties that have achieved industrialization in the local area and passed the quality and efficacy consistency evaluation of generic drugs, a one-time reward of up to 4 million yuan will be given; For technical renovation projects with an annual investment of more than 3 million yuan in productive equipment, subsidies will be provided at a maximum of 8% of the investment in productive equipment, with a maximum annual subsidy of 3 million yuan for a single enterprise; For enterprise R&D institutions that invest 5 million yuan in R&D equipment within 3 years, a subsidy of 10% of the R&D equipment investment will be provided, with a maximum subsidy of 3 million yuan for a single project.
