The park, located in the southwest of Songzi, Jingzhou City, Hubei Province, is in  the center of the three famous tourist areas—— three gorges of Yangtze river, Wulingyuan and Jingzhou ancient city. It is a lake Karst-cave natural scenic spot. In the 1960s, a hyperbolic arch dam was built out of the Weishui mountain with 90 meters high and 8968 meters long，forming a large artificial reservoirs. With luxuriant forest, pleasant weather and a markedly different microclimate, the reservoir can be said to be a wonderful vacation place and health resort.
